Environment Minister Dr. Dhammika Patabendi says that permission will be given to restart the Ambuluwa cable car project if it is confirmed that there is no environmental damage.
He says that steps have been taken to temporarily stop the relevant project due to public complaints.
Minister of Environment Dr. Dhammika Patabendi made these comments while speaking to the media after participating in an inspection tour of the Ambuluwawa area.
Member of Parliament Anuradha Jayaratne, who also attended the event, said that the project will not cause any environmental damage.
