Thalangama police have arrested two suspects with a scanner equipped with software used to scan and start any modern car without the key.
According to the police, the two suspects have stolen a luxury car worth around one crore rupees parked in the parking lot of a medical center in Thalawathugoda on the night of the 27th, using this technology. But the police managed to arrest them before 24 hours passed
