Two children have lost their lives after falling from the 67th floor of the Altair building, a luxury housing complex located in Kompanjaveedi, Colombo.
Police reports confirm that the deceased are a 15-year-old male and female student studying in an international school.
The police suspect that the female student and the male student escaped from the relevant building and their bodies were found in a place where an air conditioner was installed on the third floor.
It is reported that the parents of both parties said that there was no romantic relationship between the two. The Kompanjaveediya police are going to carry out further investigations regarding the incident.
