A person injured in a shooting that occurred at the Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia Public Cemetery today has been admitted to the Colombo South Teaching Hospital for treatment.
Two people on a motorcycle entered the Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia Public Cemetery and opened fire on a person there. Police say the gunman and the motorcyclist fled after the shooting. Further police investigations are underway into the incident.
