A man who was seriously injured in a shooting incident that occurred in the Huludagoda Road area in Mount Lavinia last night (15) has reportedly died.
The man was admitted to the Kalubowila Teaching Hospital due to serious injuries sustained in the shooting, but died while receiving treatment, police say.
Police believe that the murder may have been the result of a personal dispute between two organized crime gangs.
The shooting was carried out by two gunmen who arrived on a motorcycle.
