Dr. Harsha De Silva, SJB parlimenterian, said today in Parliament that he is happy that the government has won concessions from the I.M.F.
He added that he was not hypocritical enough not to appreciate it. However, he further said that the common people of this country who are suffering should change the facts and this debate should be held positively.
