Entrance fees to Sri Lanka’s botanical gardens have been hiked. Accordingly, the fare of a local traveler which was 100 rupees has been increased to 200 rupees. The fee for a foreigner, which was 2000 rupees, has also been increased to 3000 rupees.
This Gazette Notification issued by Tourism and Lands Minister Harin Fernando will be effective from 1st July 2023.
