The motion filed by the lawyers of Parliamentarian Chamara Sampath Dassanayake seeking the temporary lifting of the travel ban imposed on him, who is facing corruption charges, was taken up before Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama today.
The Colombo Magistrate’s Court today (05) ordered the Bribery Commission to present its position on the motion on the 12th.
