The Mahanayake of the Malwatu Maha Vihara factions, His Highness Thibatuwawe,Sri Siddhartha Sumangala, , has requested the cancellation of the agreement between the Minister of Buddha Sasana and Cultural Affairs and another party, aimed at restoring the Anula Chaitya under the control of the historic Mihintale Rajamaha Vihara.
