The United National Party has taken steps to respond promptly to the statement made by opposition leader Sajith Premadasa that he will not join Ranil on any day. According to that, the general secretary of that party, Palitha Range Bandara, says that several members of Samagi Jana Balavega are still discussing.
“We have contacted some SJB members who want to join us,” Range Bandara told the media.
“We are not interested in joining Sajith in UNP, but are in the process of joining other SJB members are going on,” he emphasized.
