The Sri Lankan rupee has reportedly depreciated further against the US dollar.
Accordingly, the daily exchange rate announcement issued by the Central Bank today (05) records the buying price of a US dollar as Rs. 332.27 and the selling price as Rs. 342.
According to the exchange rates issued by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka yesterday (04), the buying price of a US dollar was recorded as Rs. 339.50. It is reported that the selling rate of a dollar was also announced yesterday as Rs. 340.50.
