The audit report on the Lak Vijaya Power Plant published by the Auditor General confirms that the procurement of substandard coal is a planned conspiracy, says the Chairman of the Doctors’ Trade Union Alliance, Specialist Dr. Chamal Sanjeewa.
Accordingly, he requested the Criminal Investigation Department yesterday to immediately conduct a criminal investigation into the matter.
