It is reported that former American President Donald Trump has arrived in New York to appear before the court. He is due to stand trial today on criminal charges filed against the former president for allegedly paying $130,000 (£105,000) to cover up a sexual relationship with blue film actress Stormy Daniel.
If the sexual relationship with blue film Stormy Daniels was revealed, it would have adversely affected him in the 2016 presidential election, so he was accused of silencing her with money. The 76-year-old Trump is considered to be the first US president in history to face a criminal case.
