The Department of Examinations says that the acceptance of applications for the 2026 General Certificate of Education Advanced Level Examination will end tomorrow (24) at 12.00 midnight.
The relevant announcement has been issued by the Commissioner General of Examinations, A. K. S. Indika Kumari Liyanage and it is stated that the acceptance of applications will be done only through the online system from March 24, 2026 to April 24, 2026.
The announcement further states that the application period will not be extended for any reason.
