The Court of Appeal today (21) ordered the re-consideration of the writ petition filed by former Director of the State Intelligence Service Suresh Salle, seeking an order preventing his arrest and detention in connection with the investigations into the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks, on the 27th.
President’s Counsel Sanjeewa Jayawardena, who appeared for Suresh Salle when the petition was taken up before the Court of Appeal today, concluded his arguments today.
