The Bandarawela Police has started an investigation regarding the re-exhumation of the body of a 25-year-old girl named Rashmika Nadishani, who had died of pneumonia in Bandarawela’s Badalugasthana area a few days ago.
The investigation has started after her father informed the police about the fact that the people who excavated the body had left it naked.
After the Bandarawela Acting Magistrate and Criminal Investigation Officers examined the body, the relatives reburied it at the same place.
