Police are investigating the two gunmen who fled after shooting at five people.

Police sources say that further investigations are underway into the shooting incident that occurred last night (07) near the Sirisara Uyana apartment complex in Sahaspura, Borella. Five people have been injured in the shooting and have been admitted to the Colombo National Hospital.

Two unidentified persons who arrived on a motorcycle fired the shots with a T-56 firearm and fled. The reason for the shooting has not been revealed yet.
