Mahinda Kahandagama, a former Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) member of the Colombo Municipal Council who had been detained and questioned following his arrest with narcotics has been remanded.
The court ordered him to be remanded until October 26 after he was produced before the Nugegoda Magistrate’s Court.
