Sri Lankan batsman Imesha Dulani scored a century in the first T20I against Pakistan in Dambulla.
Pakistan were bowled out for 176 runs and Sri Lanka, chasing a target of 177 runs, achieved the target in the 19th over of the match.
Imesha played a superb innings for the victory, scoring an unbeaten 101 runs off just 64 balls. Her innings included 17 fours and a six.
Thus, Imesha Dulani became the only Sri Lankan batsman after Chamari Atapattu to score a century in a women’s T20I match. Chamari Atapattu has scored centuries for Sri Lanka in three T20 matches
