The Court of Appeal has suspended the tender for the infrastructure facilities that the Survey Department was going to establish nationwide in relation to measuring Sri Lanka digitally.
The order was issued after considering a petition filed by four companies that were to bid for the procurement, alleging that it was not carried out properly.
The petitioners have pointed out that there is a conflict of interest as a member of the tender evaluation committee had previously worked as an employee of the company that awarded the tender.
