A bus with 60 passengers has been stuck on the Kala Oya bridge on the Anuradhapura-Puttalam road and the bus has been stuck there for almost an hour and a half, Samagi Jana Balawegaya MP Ajith Perera said in Parliament today.
Responding to this, Justice Minister Harshana Nanayakkara also confirmed that the incident was true. He added that two military teams have been called in to rescue the six passengers on the bus.
