A container ship which was coming towards the port of Colombo in Sri Lanka, collided with an arch bridge built over the Patapsco River in Baltimore, USA, and the bridge collapsed completely.
The Baltimore Fire Department says that around 8 vehicles may have been on the bridge at the time of the accident which happened early this morning. This ship Dali, which was sailing under the Singapore flag, collided with the bridge in the early hours of today. There are many video footages of the 1.6 mile long bridge colliding with the ship and falling into the river.
