The police have arrested a person who insulted National People’s Forces Kalutara District Parliamentarian Nilanthi Kottahachchi on social media.
The arrest was made following a complaint she made to the Criminal Investigation Department that she was being insulted on social media. The person arrested is a former Pradeshiya Sabha member of the Podujana Peramuna of the Millaniya Pradeshiya Sabha in Kalutara, Ravindra Rammuni.
