The National Audit Office reveals that 679 vehicles owned by the Ministry of Health are missing without sufficient information. A special audit conducted by the National Audit Office on the vehicle management of the Ministry of Health in 2019 has revealed the misplacement of 679 vehicles.
The audit office states that the Ministry of Health has informed the audit that 240 vehicles have been identified, but the Ministry has failed to submit sufficient information to the audit to confirm this.
Audit observations of the Ministry of Health in the annual Auditor General’s report issued by the National Audit Office have shown that no information has been found about the other 439 vehicles for four years.
