Political sources report that 31 MPs of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna also participated in this and the chairpersons of the district coordination committees were also invited.
However, it is reported that the National Organizer of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Namal Rajapaksa and its General Secretary Sagara Kariyawasam did not participate in the discussion.
