The Court of Appeal has issued an order in connection with an investigation into the murder of Makandure Madush, who is alleged to be an organized criminal.
Accordingly, the Court of Appeal has issued an interim injunction against a CID director, preventing the arrest of four people including former CCD director retired SSP Janak Nandana.
