Minister of Industries Sunil Handunnetti says that his government has not always come to distribute compensation. He also states that he does not want to turn it into a political slogan by saying that the compensation has been distributed in such a large amount.
He also says that a specific program and plan should be put in place to end the compensation, adding that we as a society should be ashamed to say that we receive compensation and that receiving compensation is like begging legally. He expressed these views during a ceremony.
