In connection with the recent cabinet reshuffle, the scopes, functions, departments, statutory bodies and corporations of several ministries have been revised.
Accordingly, the Sri Lanka Triposha Corporation, which was under the Ministry of Health and Mass Media, has been merged with the Ministry of Trade and Commerce.
President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has issued an Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2458/65 dated 18 October 2025 in relation to these sectoral changes.
