It is reported that Plantations and Community Infrastructure Minister Samantha Vidyaratne has filed a complaint with the Criminal Investigation Department.
He stated that his child had been insulted through a statement made in Parliament by Parliamentarian Chamara Sampath Dassanayake.
The complaint he made to the Cyber Crimes Division of the Criminal Investigation Department states that after Chamara Sampath Dissanayake made that statement, posts against his child were published on social media and that he requested an investigation into that matter.
