Former National Lottery Board Director Thusitha Halloluwa, who was evading court, was arrested in Kollupitiya this morning (19), police said.
He is scheduled to be produced before the Colombo Magistrate’s Court.
The Colombo Magistrate’s Court issued a warrant for the arrest of Thusitha Halloluwa yesterday (18).
Colombo Additional Magistrate Pasan Amarasena issued the order after considering the facts presented by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD).
The Colombo Criminal Investigation Division is currently investigating a complaint he made regarding the shooting incident at his vehicle in Narahenpita.
