The US President said that the United States stands unquestionably to protect civilian life in conflicts, and that he personally grieves for the families of those killed or injured in this tragedy, and that the United States will provide $100 million in new funding for humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. .

The American President further said that Israel, a democratic state, should be under the rule of law and not under the auspices of terrorism.
