The prado jeep hyjacked by NPP MP was handed over to his wife

The Prado jeep allegedly forcibly taken and used by National People’s Power MP Susantha Dodawatte has been taken away by his wife.

This was after the Piliyandala Police took possession of the jeep and confirmed its ownership.

His wife had initially complained to the Piliyandala Police that the MP was forcibly taking and using her jeep. Since there was no adequate response, her lawyers complained to the IGP a second time and the jeep was found. It was at the house of a friend of the MP.

His wife has already filed a divorce case against the MP in the Homagama District Court. The co-defendant named in the indictment is a member of parliament representing the National People’s Power Party.
