The postponed Advanced Level examination will resume tomorrow.

The remaining subjects of the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level examination, which was postponed due to Cyclone Ditva, are scheduled to be held from tomorrow (12) to the 20th, said the Commissioner General of Examinations, Indika Kumari.

The examination is scheduled to be held at 2,086 examination centers islandwide, while 325 coordination centers and 32 regional centers have been established for the purpose.

If identity cards such as national identity cards, driving licenses, and passports have been lost due to the disaster, candidates have been provided with the opportunity to sit for the examination by presenting a temporary identity card.

The examination times in the previous schedule remain unchanged in the revised schedule, and the Examination Commissioner said that candidates should arrive at the examination center 30 minutes before the examination begins.
