Abayaratne when mentioning the Minister of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government. This was done through the letter number LAD/EST/GA20/MIN/001.
The Minister’s name is mentioned as Professor Chandana Abayaratne on the website of the Ministry as well as on the website of the Parliament. A screenshot of it is published below
