It is reported that the parents who left a baby in a toilet of the Menagaya train which was scheduled to leave for Batticaloa have been arrested today.
Two suspects have been arrested from Bandarawela and Koslanda areas for this incident that happened yesterday. It is said that the two, who were in 26, were an unmarried couple.
