The Police Special Task Force (STF) has seized a consignment of drugs, including 13 kg of heroin, suspected to belong to the underworld leader called “Dubai Kapila”.
This drug stock was seized in a raid conducted near Nugegoda, Sri Jayawardenepura University.
Accordingly, they have arrested 13 kg of heroin, 06 kg of hemp and 0.5 kg of cocaine. Also, an amount of 15 lakh rupees was also seized during this raid.
