The group of South African lawyers who presented facts to the International Court of Justice regarding the continuous attacks of the Israeli army on a number of areas including Rafah in Palestine said that they are looking for a third intervention against Israel.
At yesterday’s hearing, South African lawyers told the UN Supreme Court that ending hostilities in Gaza was a matter of extreme urgency and that Israel’s actions clearly demonstrated “genocidal intent”.
More than 700,000 Palestinians have fled and many others have died due to Israeli attacks. The group of South African lawyers has pointed out before the International Court that Benjamin Netanyahu’s campaign is similar to Adolf Hitler’s attack on the Jews and that he is clearly working towards genocide.
