Pastor Jerome Fernando, who made a controversial statement regarding Buddhism, is reported to be sued on three charges after his arrival in Sri Lanka.
It has also been learned that the three charges of creating religious discord, earning illegal assets and money laundering will be brought against him. After his arrest, these cases are to be filed under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Enforcement Act.
