Although President Ranil Wickremesinghe and the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna are in two political camps, Mr. Ranil Wickremesinghe is credited with ending the economic crisis and rebuilding the country’s economy with strength, says Irrigation, Wildlife and Forest Conservation Minister Pavithra Vanniarachchi.
She also mentioned that there were political and ideological differences with President Ranil Wickremesinghe in the past, but now they support the program he has launched to build the country as an excellent leader by maintaining relations with international and foreign organizations in order to recover the country’s economy.
The minister said this while participating in the ceremony for the renovation of the alternative road of nearly half a kilometer from the Moraketia main road to the Moraketia dividing canal in Embilipitiya town.
