President Vladimir Putin has given his response regarding the terrorist attacks on Russia. Issuing a video message, he says that the arrest of the currently arrested suspects while heading towards the Ukrainian border is suspicious.
Calling the terrorist attack on a music concert “barbaric”, he claimed responsibility for the attack by ISIS terrorists, but said it was doubtful that the “criminals” were caught on their way to Ukraine. More than 115 people have died in the attack so far.
