Pregnant mothers are at risk from hot weather. A warning from Castle Hospital

Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist Professor Sanath Lanarole of Castle Hospital says that pregnant mothers should avoid going out of the house frequently as the hot weather can have serious adverse effects on pregnant mothers.
They should avoid going out of the house in the afternoon and stay at home whenever possible. The professor said that they should drink only 3 to 4 liters of water, otherwise pregnant mothers may get dehydrated due to extreme heat.
