It is reported that a sergeant attached to the Special Crimes Division of the Anuradhapura Police Division was arrested with Kerala Ganja by the officers of the Intelligence Division of the Mannar Naval Base.
This police sergeant was arrested in the ”Kadapanaha” area of Anuradhapura during a search conducted based on the information received by the officers of the Army Intelligence Division.
He has been handed over to Anuradhapura Police Headquarters by the Navy Intelligence Unit for further investigation.
