The police constable who was arrested for an altercation with National People’s Power MP Shantha Padmakumara has been released on bail by the court.
He was produced before the Embilipitiya Magistrate’s Court and released on a surety bond of Rs. 200,000. He has been arrested by the Embilipitiya Police on several charges including criminal intimidation.
