The former Deputy Commissioner of the Motor Traffic Department Car Transfer Division, who was arrested yesterday by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption yesterday morning, has been produced before the court and released on bail, it is reported.
She was working at the Department of Trade and Investment Policy of the Ministry of Finance at the time of her arrest.
She is accused of having approved the illegal transfer of a motor vehicle bearing number GZ-6889 on February 17, 2017, without a legal primary residence.
