Minors clash with French police.

It is reported that the unrest that arose in the country after the death of a 17-year-old youth by firing at a car driven by the French police in defiance of orders continues for the fifth day. It is reported that more than 100 people have been arrested yesterday and most of them are between 15 and 17 years old.

Protesters protesting police firing, mostly minors, have been setting cars on fire, damaging municipal facilities, and clashing with police.

France’s Ministry of the home affares says that the police have arrested 719 overnight and that clashes are still taking place between the protesters and the police.

About 45 police officers were injured in these clashes, 577 vehicles and 74 buildings were set on fire, and 871 fires were reported in streets and other public places.
