The Minister of Transport and Highways, Bandula Gunawardena, has instructed the officials to take the necessary steps for the registration of motorcycles with high engine capacity under the legal system.
The minister has given these instructions according to a request made by the speed riders organization and sports clubs to prepare a system that can use motorcycles with high engine capacities in this country.
