The chief organizer of the opposition, MP Lakshman Kiriella, addressed Parliament today and asked if the International Monetary Fund, which said that a mandate for economic reforms was needed last September, is now dealing with the government because it has received an emergency mandate.
He said that the government should have discussed with the opposition and gone to the financial fund with an agreement.
