Ceylon Petroleum Statutory Corporation has published the summary of fuel costs and profits after the May fuel price revision.

Accordingly, it is stated that the tax will be imposed as 77.95 rupees per liter of octane 92 petrol, 100.17 rupees per liter of octane 95 petrol, 51.73 rupees per liter of auto diesel, 73.62 rupees per liter of super diesel and 3.72 rupees per liter of kerosene.

The corporation gets a profit of 02 cents per liter of octane 92 petrol, 98 cents per liter of octane 95 petrol and 9.86 rupees per liter of super diesel.

But Lanka Auto is still receiving losses of 89 cents per liter of diesel and 2.95 rupees per liter of kerosene, said the report.
