The Cabinet has approved the appointment of Iraj Chaminda Pathiraja as the Immigration and Emigration Controller General.
The relevant proposal has been submitted by the Minister of Public Security and Parliamentary Affairs. Accordingly, the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Iraj Chaminda Pathiraja to the post of Controller General of Immigration and Emigration on a permanent basis.
He is a Special Grade Officer of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service.
