IndSri Ferry Service Pvt Ltd said that the sea passenger ferry service which was scheduled to operate from tomorrow (13) between Kankasanthure in Sri Lanka and Nagapattinam in India will be delayed due to unavoidable reasons. .
In a statement,of the company’s managing director S. Niranjan Nanda Gopan says that this service will be operational from May 17, not May 13 as planned.
He said that all arrangements are ready to resume the passenger ferry ‘Sivagangei’ between Kankasanthure in Sri Lanka and Nagapattinam in India on May 17.
The managing director mentioned that the customers who want to cancel the currently booked tickets can do so by sending an email to customer.care@sailindsri.com and the company is even ready to refund the full amount.
